Please ensure you cancel or change any bookings by email or fax. If you do so by phone, your cancellation or change will not be valid until you receive a fax or email from us. So, please ensure all correspondence is in writting to avoid disappointment. Chistmas and New Years Bookings: Please note that for bookings (or part bookings) for dates between 18th December and 3rd January (inclusive), we reserve the right to charge for the booking in full in advance prior to your arrival. Any cancellation must be sent to us by email or fax and only 50% of the booking will be refunded (irrespective of notice given). So, please book carefully to avoid disappointment. If you have already paid a 10% deposit through a booking engine, we will charge 50% of the balance owing.
